2.1 Notification: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at gotocart.pk@gmail.com. Provide them with the order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photographs or videos of the defective or damaged item.

2.2 Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the package or included in the return shipment.

2.3 Return Shipment: You will be provided with return labels via WhatsApp and our representative will also arrange pickup of return shipment from your doorstep. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or promotional items that were included with the original purchase. (Note : Doorstep pickup for return will only be provided in main cities)

2.4 Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the defect or damage. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the refund amount will only cover the cost of the defective or damaged item.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or modified from their original condition.
  • Products without their original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Products with visible signs of wear and tear or damage caused by the customer.

      4. Exchanges:
We also accept exchanges for products that do not meet your expectations or are not suitable for your needs. If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
